The participants initially displayed some resistance during the meetings, but as the discussions progressed, they became more engaged.

Notably, 100% of the attendees were female, which aligns perfectly with the main target audience of Canesten products. These women are professionals working for city authorities, making them an ideal demographic for the campaign.

The conference room was beautifully decorated and fully equipped, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This setup helped the participants stay focused and encouraged active participation.

The extended Q&A session was particularly lively, with attendees showing genuine interest and curiosity. The agency demonstrated exceptional professionalism and preparation for the conference. Every detail was meticulously planned, including microphones, handouts, guest reception, gifts, lighting and sound systems, banners, and PGs.

The speaker selection was outstanding—an enthusiastic and knowledgeable doctor who answered questions with both general insights and detailed explanations. This approach made the meeting more engaging and persuasive, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Additionally, the MC managed the seminar with poise and fluency, ensuring the event flowed smoothly from start to finish.
